The Resonance Retreat - Refund Policy

We understand that life happens and plans sometimes change. Because we invest in accommodations, meals, programming, and staff well in advance, our policies for cancellation and refunds are as follows:

Deposit:

  • A nonrefundable $500 deposit is required at the time of registration to secure your spot. This deposit is applied toward your total retreat cost.

Payment Plans:

  • The balance of your full registration fee is due 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

  • Payment plans are available on an as-needed basis. Please contact us to discuss an installment plan to fit your needs.

Cancellations:

  • More than 60 days prior to the retreat start date: Full refund minus a $150 administrative fee.

  • 30–59 days prior to the retreat start date: 50% refund.

  • Less than 30 days prior to the retreat start date: No refunds will be given.

Transfers:

  • Registrations are non-transferable unless arranged in advance and approved by the retreat host.

  • In some cases, we may allow you to transfer your spot to another person (pending approval) or apply a portion of your payment toward a future retreat (within 12 months), but this is not guaranteed. Please reach out to us to discuss if this situation should arise.

Retreat Cancellations by Us:

In the unlikely event that we must cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund. We are not responsible for any other costs incurred, such as flights or travel arrangements.
